IN PERSON CONFERENCE WITH PARENT-

If you are a parent and you would like to meet with me in person, I will be able to meet you most days after school, in my classroom, Room 38, on Tuesdays at 1:33 pm, or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at 3:03 pm.  Just call Millikan Middle School at (818) 528-1600, select #3, the Counseling Office, and request that a 'Conference Request Form' be sent to me.  Again, I will not receive this form until the following day.  Once I receive the conference request, I will let the Counseling Office know which day I can meet with you.  The Counseling Office or I will then contact you to let you know the date and time we are meeting.  It is important that you do not show up until you have received a confirmation that a conference has been scheduled.  Once a conference is scheduled, you will meet me at my room at the end of the school day, which is 1:33 pm on Tuesday, or 3:03 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.  If you are unable to make the conference on the day of the conference, please notify the school to call my classroom to let me know not to wait for you.

PHONE CONFERENCE WITH PARENT-

If you are a parent and you would like to speak to me on the phone, call Millikan Middle School at (818) 528-1600, select #7, the Main Office, and ask to leave a message for me.  Be sure to leave your child's first and last name in the message.   A written message will then be placed in my teacher’s box in the Main Office, where I will get it the following day.  Typically, I return calls within a day of receiving the message, which means I will try to return your call the day after you leave the message.  Just be sure to leave a number to a phone you actually answer during school hours.
